My clients come to me with issues such as: anxiety, depression, low self esteem, stress and trauma. I see individuals, couples and families. I have a relational approach, and a warm, empathetic and collaborative style of working. I will work with you to improve your personal insight, and develop tools & strategies for coping and feeling better. My job as is to be with you in your pain and discomfort, to help you to regain your sense of hope, and to support your motivation and efforts to make and maintain positive changes. I help my clients to examine and understand factors that contribute to suffering, to gain important insights, and learn healthy coping skills and strategies to work through these things. I consider it to be a great privilege to do this kind of work.

Angela M. Fadragas, AM, LCSW
Ms. Fadragas is passionate about her work as a licensed clinical social worker. Her naturally warm and peaceful energy encourages her clients to feel safe and develop a trusting bond with her. At the same time, her direct and honest approach inspires her clients to take risks and stretch themselves emotionally. Ms. Fadragas combines her knowledge of therapeutic theory and research in order to tailor the therapy to fit each client. She is especially skilled at dealing with a variety of relationship issues, including parent- child, romantic, and workplace relationships; working closely with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.
Treatment Areas - Ms. Fadragas works with a range of issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress management, self-esteem, health and illness (specialty areas are cancer and HIV), grief and loss, with many years of experience in community mental health and private practice. She has extensive experience in working with culturally diverse individuals and families, and is fully bilingual in Spanish.
